Stoffle Presents in Miami

Rich Stoffle (Professor of Anthropology and Research Anthropologist, BARA) presented (Friday October 28, 2016) a paper titled “Two-MPA Model for Siting a Sustainable Marine Protected Area, Bahamian Case” at the Southeast Fisheries Science Center (NOAA, NMFS) in Miami, Florida. The paper was presented to the center faculty and invited guests from the Rosenstiel School of Marine and Atmospheric Science, University of Miami, and broadcast live to other NMFS science centers in the region. The presentation was based on eight years of NSF funded research related to the Bahamas Biocomplexity Project and was previously published in Coastal Management 38(5): 501-517.
