Allison Hays has joined the Laboratory for the Evolutionary Endocrinology of Primates as a postdoctoral research technician. She received her Ph.D. in Cell Biology and Anatomy in 2005 from the University of Arizona. Previously her post-doctoral research focused on cancer mechanisms and cancer drug design. She is currently teaching Microbiology and Anatomy & Physiology at Pima Community College. Allison loves the fastest growing sport in the nation, pickleball. She plays pickleball tournaments throughout the year and has multiple first place finishes. She wants to be an Anthropologist when she grows up.
