Alumni Dr. Ashley Stinnett (Ph.D. Arizona, 2014) and Dr. Jennifer Jo Thompson (Ph.D. Arizona, 2010) have co-edited a special issue of Culture, Agriculture, Food and Environment on “Agriculture of the Middle” (now available through early view on the CAFE homepage). The Special Issue contains six research articles and two reports that re-examine theories of scale and the practice of agriculture from an ethnographic and anthropological perspective.
