Title: The Impacts of COVID-19 on the CRM Community
Abstract: The pandemic has had an immediate and lasting effect on many sectors of the economy, including cultural resource management. We both are leaders in CRM firms in Tucson, but were interested in learning more about the effects and scale of those effects on the CRM industry nationwide. As a result, in the late Spring, we posed a series of qualitative questions to friends and colleagues in approximately 25 CRM, engineering, environmental, and specialty firms across the US to learn more, through them, about what might be the short- and long-term effects of the pandemic on the billion dollar CRM industry. Our presentation considers these results.
