Van Vlack (2012) and Stoffle Participate in Climate Change Think Tank
March 11, 2021
Kathleen Van Vlack (Ph.D. Arizona, 2012) and Professor Rich Stoffle were invited to present an original paper and think thank presentation on climate change to be considered as a chapter in a book celebrating the 50-year anniversary of a UN program on ways forward for protecting the planet and the people who live on it. On Wednesday, March 10, Drs. Van Vlack and Stoffle presented (virtually) their paper “As the Sea Rises: Climate Change, Heritage Conservation, and Caribbean Small Island States” and participated in a breakout group at the meeting titled “50 Years World Heritage Convention: Shared Responsibility—Conflict & Reconciliation.” View the think tank agenda here.
