Stephenson Is Carson Scholar

Graduate student M. Bailey Stephenson has been selected as one of thirteen 2019 Carson Scholars. Bailey will receive a $5,000 financial award to support her graduate research, as well as training and experience in communicating your research to the public. Supported by funding from the Institute of the Environment, the Agnese Nelms Haury Program in Environment and Social Justice, Biosphere 2, the College of Science’s Galileo Circle, and private donations, the Carson Scholars Program’s aim is to build a community of interdisciplinary scholars. Bailey will join a network of 85 current and past scholars.
