Alum Rebecca Crocker (Ph.D. 2016) has worked with an interdisciplinary team to publish the first results from a qualitative study exploring patient perspectives on diabetic related foot ulceration and amputation in a diverse and high disparity sample in southern Arizona. This article, published in the Journal of Diabetes and Its Complications, is titled “Patient perspectives on the physical, psycho-social, and financial impacts of diabetic foot ulceration and amputation” and is available by open access.
