Bronitsky (1977) Collaborates on Virtual Chef Exchange

Gordon Bronitsky (Ph.D. 1977) is producing a virtual talk for the Culinary Program at Navajo Technical University by Zimbabwean chef Mhlelusizo Ncube on April 17. Dr. Bronitsky has been working with Makhosi Godonga KaMahlangu, the organizer of the Traditional Food and Beverages Expo in Zimbabwe and a lecturer at Lupane State University, the institution that brought him to Zimbabwe on a 2017 Fulbright Senior Specialist grant. Dr. Bronitsky and Mr. KaMahlangu are further partnering to have Native American chef Freddie Bitsoie speak virtually at the Traditional Foods and Beverages Expo in Zimbabwe April 3.
