On Monday, June 21, 2021, Arizona Archaeological and Historical Society (AAHS) will host a free online talk by archaeologist and recent alum, Dr. Ben Bellorado (Ph.D. UARizona, 2020), and wildlife biologist Chuck LaRue titled “Cotton Weaving in Mesoamerica and the Northern US Southwest: A Study of Loom Parts and Weaving Tools Across 1,000 Years and Two Continents.” The event runs 7:00–8:30 p.m. Arizona/Mountain Standard Time; registration is required. Learn more and register on the AAHS website.
