Associate Professor Hai Ren has published an essay titled “Infrastructure as a Planetary Sculpture: The Future of the Belt and Road Initiative in the Anthropocene” on “The Belt and Road in Global Perspective,” a major international initiative by a burgeoning partnership between the Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy (University of Toronto), Nazarbayev University, and National University Singapore.
