Cotter Takes Position with FEMA

Soon-to-graduate Ph.D. candidate William Cotter began a new job on August 30, 2020. Bill is now an Appeals Analyst with the Federal Emergency Management Agency at their Consolidated Resource Center in Denton, Texas. As part of his day-to-day duties Bill researches and interprets US law, federal regulations, and FEMA policy about disaster relief assistance and applies that to constructing FEMA determinations and decisions about Public Assistance funding.
