Call for 2021–2022 UIR Residential Scholar Applications

Oct. 30, 2020

The School of Anthropology is seeking a Residential Scholar for the 2021–2022 residency at the University Indian Ruin. Please see the attached document detailing the residency, property, and how to apply. The same information is copied below the signature block. While important components of the Residential Scholar position are the campus lecture and a public lecture at the UIR site, we will work with the Scholar to make decisions about whether these will be virtual or in person depending on the Scholar’s comfort and COVID restrictions for the University of Arizona/Tucson at the time of the scheduled lectures.

Applications for the 2021-2022 residency are due NOVEMBER 25, 2020. This residency can include Fall 2021, Spring 2022, Summer 2022, or any combination. If there is a vacancy for Spring of 2022 or Summer 2022 after the initial application period, another call will be sent out.
