About Lucas Bond Reis
I'm Ph. D. student in the Archaeology program. I took my undergrad (2011) and masters (2015) in History at Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (UFSC), Florianópolis (Santa Catarina - Brazil). I'm research associate at the Laboratory of Applied Archaeology, working in the Billy Springs Archaeological Project, and at the Laboratório de Estudos Interdisciplinares em Arqueologia (LEIA - UFSC), participating in the following projects: The Southern Jê Context in Alfredo Wagner (SC - Brazil); Amerindian Territories in the Upper Itajaí Valley: Archaeology, Ecology and Paleobotany; and Central Coast Archaeology of Santa Catarina State. I have been researching the Southern Jê occupation process in the Santa Catarina's mountain range (south Brazil), specifically in the Upper Itajaí Valley, since 2013.
