Alumnus to Speak in Perth and San Felipe del Progreso

Gordon Bronitsky (PhD Anthropology, 1977) will be a speaker at the Western Australia Indigenous Tourism Operators Council conference in Perth September 20-23, 2011 ( at the Burswood Entertainment Complex. The 2011 conference theme is Aboriginal Dreaming; participants are invited to become part of the journey through tourism with the sub-themes being Youth, Environment, Culture and Business Tourism. Mindahi Crescencio Bastida Muñoz, Director at UNIDAD–Campus of the Metropolitan Autonomous University will bring Gordon Bronitsky to the campus at San Felipe del Progreso, Edo de Mexico in October to begin collaborating in the creation of ¡IndigenAHORA/IndigeNOW! A Festival of Indigenous Theatre and Performing Arts in Latin America.
