Alumna Miller-Antonio Receives W.M. Keck Foundation Grant

Sari Miller-Antonio (Ph.D. Arizona, 1992) and her colleague Dr. S. Steve Arounsack recently won a $250,000 grant from the W.M. Keck Foundation to establish the Keck Visual Anthropology Lab (KVAL) on the campus of California State University, Stanislaus. Miller-Antonio, Professor and Chair of the CSUS Department of Anthropology, Geography and Ethnic Studies says that KVAL will allow faculty and students to research, document, preserve and disseminate the rich cultural history of the Central Valley of California using digital media technology.
