As the School Manager, Norma works in partnership with the Director to administer the school focusing her attention on the day-to-day operations in support of the school's goals and objectives. 

Norma independently directs the administrative and financial operations of the school to include the management of all budget and financial operations; research, contract, and grant administration; computing services; publications; purchasing and travel expenditures; academic and staff personnel; instructional and student program support; facilities and equipment managment; development and fund raising; and all special programs. She is responsible for planning, organizaing, coordinating, staff, and directing these programs.
